Refund Policy
You cannot withdraw money from your Cricwinners account. Users can use the money to participate in leagues, activities, and tournaments on Cricwinners. In some cases, we may be able to refund or credit technical errors or issues depending on the circumstances. After deducting cancellation fees and taxes, Cricwinners decides whether to reimburse a user. Your wallet account will be credited with the funds.
Please send an email within 48 hours if you have any concerns. Refunds are processed using the same payment method or financial instrument as the original transaction. You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your email if your credit card or bank account was charged without crediting your Cricwinners wallet.
